What cookies are

Our approach

We use only strictly-necessary cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking cookies. Because we set no non-essential cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required to use the Service.

This marketing website is static and sets no cookies of its own. The cookies described below are set only when you use the parts of the Service that require signing in or making a payment.

Cookies we use

All of the cookies we use fall into these strictly-necessary categories:

• Authentication and session. Set by our identity provider (Firebase) to sign you in, keep your session active, and recognize you as you move through the Service. Without these you cannot stay logged in.
• Security. Used to protect your account and session and to help detect and prevent unauthorized access.
• Payment fraud prevention. When you make a payment, our payment processor Stripe sets cookies — including __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid — to help detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. These are required to process payments securely.

Analytics (no cookies)

We measure aggregate site usage with Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless. It does not set cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other sites.

No advertising or tracking cookies

We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting, or building a profile of you across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so through the Service.

Managing cookies

You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Because the cookies we use are strictly necessary, blocking or deleting them may prevent you from signing in or completing a payment, and parts of the Service may not work.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy if our use of cookies changes. When we do, we will update the effective date above.
