Refund Policy

Subscriptions are non-refundable, and you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future automatic renewals and keeps your access through the end of the current billing period.
Summary
MedAmend subscriptions are non-refundable, and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period, and your subscription does not renew after that. This Policy is part of, and should be read with, our Terms & Conditions.
Subscriptions and automatic renewal
MedAmend is a paid subscription. We may offer monthly and/or annual plans, and there is no free trial. You are charged in advance for each billing period. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged automatically, until you cancel.
No refunds
All payments are final. We do not provide refunds or credits for amounts already paid, including for partial billing periods or for time you do not use after you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time, easily and without contacting a representative, through your account settings — or by emailing us at support@medamend.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep access to paid features until then, and you are not charged again.
Price changes
If we change subscription prices, we will give you advance notice as required by law, and the new price applies at your next renewal. If you do not agree to a new price, you may cancel before it takes effect.
Billing errors and your legal rights
If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a valid cancellation — contact us at support@medamend.ai and we will review it promptly.
Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law, including any state automatic-renewal or consumer-protection laws. Where the law requires a refund or a cancellation right that differs from the above, we honor it.
